According to the details, the Punjab Government has released the list of Standard Operating Procedures SOPs for educational institutions. Schools are going to be open from September 15th, so the Government of Punjab issued the SOPs to protect the students from COVID-19. List of Sop’s Issued by Punjab Govt:
- The government of Punjab ban on extra-curricular activities including speech competitions, sports competitors and tournaments
- Wearing a mask in school time becomes mandatory for each student.
- Morning assembly will also be banned.
- Students or Staff (teaching and non-teaching) suffering from shortness of breath should advise staying at homes.
- There should be a social distance of at least 6 feet among the students in all educational institutions. It is mandatory to maintain social distancing before entering and leaving the school.
- Teachers must also maintain social distance while delivering lectures.
- Check the temperature of students with a thermal gun.
