Duties
Program management
- Provide strategic direction and create implementation plans for the specific GSBI programs assigned to them
- Also, review and update the curriculum for each iteration of their designated program(s)
- Work with staff, GSBI partners, and social entrepreneurs directly to source applicants into GSBI programs
- Likewise, coordinate applicant review process and selection of program participants
Program administration (35%)
- Administer the online collaboration platform; provide technical support in the use of the online collaboration platform
- Also, ensure modules and videos are posted in a timely manner and that webinar is scheduled and delivered; communicate to SEs and track their participation
- Moreover, maintain the accuracy of information about their program(s) on the Center website
Other programmatic support (20%)
- Support the development of and implement strategies to engage GSBI alumni across Miller Center departments and Santa Clara University, with particular focus on how to help GSBI Alumni scale their impact.
- Additionally, ensure Miller Center records are up-to-date and available with information on the social enterprise (organization) and the social entrepreneur (individual).

- Understands the social enterprise ecosystem in order to write effectively to different stakeholder groups

- Furthermore, preferred Experience living and working in the developing world, ideally working directly with a social enterprise.
