Malik Riaz Hussain, the Pakistani Real Estate Tycoon and the chairman of the leading housing scheme of the country, has indicated that he would be giving 25 Ph.D. scholarships to 25 prospective students in the country.
The scholarships are to be offered under the Begum Akhtar Rukhsana Memorial Trust, which was inaugurated in the memory of the mother of Riaz Malik. The trust is known to carry out many philanthropic activities, the Bahria International Hospital, Rawalpindi is a venture of this trust.
The scholarship would be awarded to the deserving students from the 5 leading universities in the country, including NED in Karachi, Quaid-e-Azam University in Islamabad, Peshawar University, and UET and Punjab University in Lahore.

The chosen students would be offered the chance to study on a scholarship on one of the top 200 universities in the world in nations like China, the United States of America, Australia, Japan, and many other nations across Europe.
The chairman of the Bahria Town Housing scheme all across Pakistan, Malik Riaz also mentioned in one of his announcements that the scholarship holders would be made to work for the government of Pakistan for the first 5 years after their studies completion.
The scholarships include the annual tuition fees of the students as well as international air travel tickets for the trips to and from Pakistan.
