Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Huawei Apps Up 2020 Competition, you need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Candidates belonging from the regions, as mentioned above, can apply for the competition.
- All the participant’s age must be above 18 Years.
- Employees of Huawei and its affiliate are not eligible for the program.
- All the team members in your team must belong to the same region you are participating in.
Competition Rules
Following are the rules of Huawei Apps Up Competition:
- Each participating team can have three members in its group.
- Each participant can only join one team.
- Every team must have a team leader who is responsible for submitting works, inviting or deleting members, and, most importantly, responsibility for team management.

1. Registration & Submission
The first thing you need to do is register your self for the competition; you can do it by signing in to Huawei Developers with a Huawei Id (You can register for Huawei id if you don’t have any).
Create your work and integrate HMS Open Capabilities; after doing that, submit your work on the contest.
2. Preliminary
The judges will review all the works and will shortlist 20 works from each region for the public review and final stages.
3. Public Review
Shortlisted work will be exhibited for global promotion; your general work score is based on popularity and the numbers of downloads and votes.
4. Final Stage
Each region will have a separate Grand Finale in October 2020.
