The Higher Education Commission (HEC) announced to extend the last date of law graduate assessment test (Law-GAT) registration. Now the extended date is 10 July 2020. It is an excellent chance for the law graduates to register themselves till 10 July 2020.
Before this, the deadline for submitting the application form for the law test is 30 June 2020. So, those candidates who did not register themselves must not waste any time.
HEC Law GAT Test 2020
HEC Law-GAT is compulsory to pass for those who want to practice law for the position of an advocate. And Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) over-handed this authority to the HEC to take the Law assessment.
Law-Gat is entirely MCQs Based paper, and 50% marks are required to clear the test. An applicant is eligible to attempt the Law-GAT test three times.

Centers of Law-Gat
This law test will conduct in various cities of Pakistan. The centers would be in about 14 cities so that candidates can select one city according to their choice.
The name of the cities are:
- Islamabad
- Lahore
- Multan
- Bahawalpur
- Faisalabad
- Karachi
- Sukkur
- Hyderabad
- Peshawar
- Abbottabad
- Quetta
- Turbat
- Muzaffarabad
- Gilgit
Note:
As candidates can select a center, but a center can occupy a maximum of 100 applicants. If a center already has 100 applicants, then other candidates have to attempt the test in any other center mentioned above.
