Sindh Private Schools Association Announces Reopening of Schools from 15th June

It has been announced by the All Sindh Private Schools Association on Saturday to open schools from 15th June.

The chairman of the private schools association Haider Ali said that schools will reopen following the standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by the government amidst the coronavirus outbreak.

He said that masks and sanitizers can be given to the schools and thermal scanning device can also be arranged for the school.

Also, Mr Haider Ali said that students will be called to the schools in two shifts. This will make sure that social distancing is maintained.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Sindh provincial government decided not to open the public and private educational institutions from 1st of June.

All educational institutions will continue to be closed and will not reopen on the 1st of June, as per a notification issued by the school education and literacy department.

 “The date for opening of schools would be announced keeping in situation of COVID-19.”

The notification also stated that students from class 1 to VIII will be promoted in their next classes.
