Matric and Inter Students to attend class three days a week.
Many educational institutes are not satisfied with the decision of Mr. Shafqat Mehmood to
reopen the school on July 15. Because of all these, the School Education Department finally
decided to reopen schools only for matric and Inter students. The government is started
consulting with other educational authorities for the reopening of schools during this critical
COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. They decided to reopen the school for three days a week. They
give proper training and guidelines to school teachers, students, administration staff, and parents
before the reopening of schools.
The government of Punjab said that schools would be reopened in those districts where the
number of COVID-19 patients is low. But it must be necessary for every student to maintain
social distance. To sustain social distance, schools will operate in three shifts, i.e., Morning,
afternoon, and evening. Hence, the matric and Inter student will attend class 3 days a week, and
the students of class 1 to 5 will attend the class for two days.
