MBBS Admission Criteria Reset to 60 Percent

MBBS ADMISSION CRITERIA RESET to 60 PERCENT

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council PMDC issued a new notification regarding MBBS admission criteria. They decided to set 60% marks eligibility criteria will maintain for MCAT. They also decided to stop the pass/ fail procedure for MDCAT. A student who got less than 50% marks in medical and dental colleges admissions test considered failed. PMDC chairperson conducts a fruitful meeting and takes several decisions regarding MDCAT admissions and pass/fail criterion.

In the recent meeting, he ordered that all the medical and dental colleges affiliated with PMC can apply again for registration. However,15 medical colleges were registered. The process of cancellation of MBBS admission after failing more than three times has also been restored. Now candidates can apply for re-registration.
