
Formula for SSC & HSSC Marking & Promotions
The federal and Provincial Ministries finally introduced the formula for the students of secondary school certificate (SSC) and higher secondary school certificate (HSSC). This formula made during the meeting among all education ministries and all board secretaries, headed by the federal minister, Shafqat Mehmood. Moreover, the final decision of board exams is under consideration—these proposed formulas of board exams implemented after the final approval of all education authorities on Friday. Below are mentioned the complete detailed procedures for average students of SSC and HSSC Markings.
SSC-I (9TH CLASS)
The committee also decided to skip grade 9 board exams and take matric exams in 2021. The average marks will be given to 9th class students by calculated marks obtained in 9th ÷ total marks X 10).
SSC-II (10TH CLASS)
For matric students, the average marks will be given to 10th class students by adding marks obtained in the 9th class to (marks obtained in 9th ÷ total marks X 10).
HSSC-I (FIRST YEAR)
They also decided to skip the 1st-year exam and conduct a 2nd-year exam next year. The average marks of 1st year calculated by adding marks obtained in 11th ÷ total marks X 10
HSSC-II (SECOND YEAR)
The marks scored in the 11th class will be added to marks obtained in 11th divided by total marks X 10
The formula for Improvement Cases:-
Marks obtained to be added to marks obtained in 9th or 11th ÷ total marks X 20.
For Failed Papers
Average marks for each subject paper to be obtained by (marks obtained in 9th or 11th ÷ total marks X 15).
