The Financial Aid Office is pleased to announce that the 2018-2019 application cycle for Wentworth Endowed Scholarships is now live through Academic Works. To submit your application, complete the following step-by-step directions.

Wentworth Scholarship
This institution offers merit-based scholarships in addition to need-based aid. All applicants are automatically considered for Merit Awards – no additional application is necessary.
Merit Scholarships range from $1,000 to $13,000 for the entering class of Fall 2018. The qualification and criteria evaluation is determined by the Admissions Office and begins in mid-January.
This opportunity may be renewed for up to five years, depending on the length of the recipient’s bachelor’s degree program.
Beneficiaries must be enrolled full-time (12 classroom credits) and maintain a 2.5 institutional cumulative GPA. Postgraduate students are not eligible for the Merit award scholarship.
Wentworth Community Scholarship
Criteria for the qualification if this scholarship award is determined by Wentworth’s Community Scholarship Committee.
Students who are returning, and show a significant commitment to the Wentworth Community through involvement in social, administrative, charitable and athletic activities.
A person who’s an eligible student must have completed four semesters and been enrolled full-time while maintaining an institutional cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Students who are interested should apply using the Endowed Scholarship application. The beneficiaries must re-apply every year. Maximum award: $2,500.
Boston Resident Scholarship – For Current High School Seniors
The institution (Wentworth) is committed to the Boston community and its students. This institution offers Boston Resident Scholarships to current high school seniors who are Boston residents and have been accepted to the University.
This is apparently a huge grant that could last for 4-year, full tuition scholarship after federal, state and Wentworth funding is awarded.
Scholarship selection is based on a variety of factors including academics, leadership, school and community involvement as well as financial deficiency.
Interested students must apply for federal financial aid by completing the FAFSA form to be eligible. Applicants must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 at Wentworth for the scholarship to be renewed each year.
An application is required to be considered for the Boston Resident Scholarship. Final date and the deadline to apply is March 16th, 2019.
