Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning Manager

Duties

The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive and adaptive monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning system. Additionally, this role will gather, analyze, and process complex information related to all aspects of program activity implementation. Likewise, this position is also responsible for regularly conducting assessments to update information on the situation, measure progress in the implementation of the project’s annual implementation plan, and; capture feedback from the families and individuals supported through various interventions.


Qualifications

  • A University degree in social science, economics, international development, or any equivalent work experience.
  • Additionally, at least five years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor-funded programs.
  • Likewise, experience managing staff and local partners are required.
  • Also, proficiency in using Microsoft office software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Likewise, experience working with digital data collection tools and online data management systems.
  • Similarly, strong analytical skills are required.
  • Prior experience with US-AID or US Government-funded projects.
  • Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to follow up on tasks to completion.
  • The experience of working in a conflict environment is a plus.
  • Furthermore, written and spoken fluency in English.
