
The Punjab government is going to reopen schools. As the coronavirus is under control, the School Education Department decided to formulate SOPs for reopening schools They prepared special standard procedure operations for the reopening of educational institutions. Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood had announced the reopening of all educational institutes in Pakistan under strict SOPs from 15 September. The government of Punjab shared some instructions for teachers and students before entering school. Have a look.
SOPs For Reopening Schools
- The School Authority must check the students’ temperature and the whole staff, including teaching and non-teaching.
- There is an availability of hand sanitizers for all students and staff members.
- All kinds of functions, ceremonies, and breaks will be prohibited under the SOPs as well.
- Only 20 students must sit in one classroom, while only two students will be allowed to share a desk.
